Two very small white bumps on tip of tounge?

I've had this before I think, it basically comes at random. It's basically two really small white bumps that are irritating/sensitive to touch. It's not painful just annoying, and it's nothing like anything I can find on the net. All the images are far worse than what I am experiencing. Just wondering what this is and how I can avoid it in the future/ease the irritation.
