Will human testicles ever evolve and strengthen?

Healthy sperm needs to b slighly lower temperatures than normal body temperature. Thats why theyre are outside of your body and uninsulated, so they wont overheat (which would cause mutations in the sperm). The reason why when it is really hot, your balls hang really low, and when it’s cold, they shrink back up towards your body for warmth, and the skin wrinkles to become thicker and provide better insulation. Because they must be outside of the body and uninsulated, they can’t be protected by fat, bone, or muscle like the rest of our vital parts. So, nature had to devise a new protection. Basically, we have a bunch of very sensitive nerves there, so we will instincively protect it on our own and avoid endangering it. So if we ever live in an appropriate environment where the testicles being unprotected is creating issues from procreation then no prolly not.
