How painful are upper back tattoos?

I've had two tattoos, one wrapped around my right wrist, and the other is on the inside of my left wrist. Tomorrow I'm getting my third tattoo and it is about the size of a grapefruit (maybe a little bigger) and I'm getting it in the center of my upper back. How much more painful will this tattoo be compared to wrist tattoos? I just want a basic idea for what I'm going to do.
