Please i need some help?

i am 28 weeks pregnant , i have a bad really bad and painful vaginal varicose veins , i cant even walk , or take care of my family at home and the whole erea is swollen .my doctor said you have to wait until delivery . please any tips for me to support that please i need your help so badly .
