How can I impress her and tell her to be my love?

She just wants to be friends. If she wanted to be more, she'd gladly make whatever effort she thought was necessary to make that happen. And if you really care about her as a human being with her own thoughts and feelings, as opposed to a "perfect" possession you want for your own reasons, then you have to respect that and either accept what she can give you or end the friendship. But either way, you have to move on.
