Chances of me being pregnant, considering these factors?

I'm not actively TTC, but I thought this might be a good place to get some answers. I have taken Junel Fe 1/20 bc for the past two years, although, I have been on antibiotics since last Wednesday for strep. My fiance and I have had unprotected sex three times since then. Two of those times he pulled out, and one of those times he ejaculated inside of me. I have heard women have a higher chance of becoming pregnant when missing bc or abruptly stopping it than when not taking bc altogether. I basically stopped taking them while on antibiotics because the antibiotics make the bc ineffective, anyway. I'm 18, which I guess makes me fertile enough, and he is 24. Yesterday, I started feeling cramps right above my pelvic bone. They come and go. It wouldn't be my period coming on because I've already had it. Also, I've been feeling a slight pulling sensation in my abdomen, nothing really painful. I know it's probably too soon to be experiencing very real symptoms of pregnancy, it's just out of the norm for me. I will take a test sometime in a couple weeks to know for sure one way or another but was wondering if someone can please give me a straight and informed answer on what my real chances of being pregnant are?
